How do I get my tickets?
Soon after you have completed your booking your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email. Mobile tickets are also accepted.

How does it work?
Madame Tussauds: Please arrive on the designated date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and skip the line to Madame Tussauds.

London Eye: Skip the line to the box office and check in at the desk for pre-booked tickets in the ticket hall and wait for the next available gondola. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast-Track ticket.

How long are my tickets valid?
Your Madame Tussauds tickets are only valid on the specified date and time slot. Your tickets for the London Eye are valid for one month.

How do I get my 10% discount voucher?
