The Best View in Dubai At the Top
These tickets are valid to The Top on level 124 and 125. The e-voucher will be sent to your e-mail.  Please print it out and bring it to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa will-call counter. Smartphone tickets are accepted as well.

Burj Khalifa At the Top is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the United Arab Emirates and the tickets to the popular observatory decks are usually sold out well in advance.

Pre-booked tickets General Admission 
We sell general admission tickets which means you skip the line to the ticket office at the venue, you simply check-in at the will call counters in the reception, proceed through the security check to the elevators. Please note that you do not skip the lines, if any, to the elevators! 
Please be at Burj Khalifa around 10-15 min. prior to your booked time.

At The Top - Level 124 
Located on level 124 of the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa's observation deck ‘At the Top’ is an open-air deck that offers incredible views of the city, ocean, and desert from an incomparable vantage point.  

At The Top - Level 125  
At 456 meters above the ground and one level above the At the Top observatory, Level 125 offers you a spacious deck to enjoy the stunning 360-degree view of the city. This level also houses one of our newest attractions, Dubai – A Falcon’s Eye View that allows you to explore the city from a unique perspective.    

As you descend gently to ground level, a new exhibit allows you to relive the historic construction of the Burj Khalifa.    

How do I get my tickets?
Since the tickets are personal and need to be issued with name, booking number and time it might take up to 2 hours before you receive your e-ticket per email.

How does it work? 
Please check-in at the will call counters at the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall, about 10-15 minutes prior to your visit. Remember to bring your e-voucher and valid photo ID. Once you have checked in, you proceed through the security check to the elevators. Smartphone tickets are also accepted.

What time can I visit Burj Khalifa? 
When you book your tickets you can choose a time slot (e.g. between 8:30 or 10:30 etc.) in which you wish to visit Burj Khalifa. When you receive your e-ticket you'll get your specific entrance time, which of course is within the time slot you have ordered.   

Are there children's tickets? 
Yes, children's tickets are available for children between age 4-11. Children under age 4 are free when accompanied by a paying adult. 

Important information: 
- During high season; bank holidays, weekends and school holidays, you may experience queuing along the journey to the deck.
