What can I expect?

The Museum of Modern Art's light-filled spaces and intimate galleries showcase a rich and varied collection of modern art. MoMA boasts nearly 200,000 pieces of art, dating from the 1880s to the present. The collection includes masterpieces by Van Gogh, Matisse, Picasso, Pollock, Warhol and many other greats. The galleries feature many mediums, including drawing, painting, photography, film, architecture, design, media, and performance art. 

Located in the heart of Manhattan, MoMA is within walking distance of Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Times Square, and 5th Avenue.  The museum stretches over six floors, and includes dining options and a can't-miss gift shop. 

How does it work?

How do I get my tickets?
Your ticket will be e-mailed directly to you shortly after your booking is complete. Bring a printed copy with you, or present the ticket on your mobile phone.

How long are my tickets valid?
Your tickets are valid one month from the date you choose. They provide a single admission to MoMA. 

How do I get the audio guide and the map?
On your e-ticket there will be a link to the audio guide and the map. You can listen to the audio guide on your phone. The map can either be printed out or downloaded to your phone.

Adult (17+)

Children age 16 and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. 

Opening hours

Saturday-Thursday*: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Friday: 10:30 AM - 9 PM.

*On the first Thursday of the month MoMA is open until 9 PM.
